How to wear on your yoga bangle?

As a curiosity, Paramahansa Yogananda wore it on his left forearm, so that it was closer to the heart.
Fig. 2 - Move the yoga bangle up to where you are going to wear it (e.g. wrist, forearm or just above the elbow).
Fig. 3 - Place the other hand on the yoga bangle and press gently until it is in contact with the skin.
Do not tighten it too much, it should be somewhat loose and not mark the skin, and make sure that the ends are facing inwards, next to each other. As seen in the image below.
